Hi,

I have tried to reset everything from this plugin, but every time I try to visit mywebsite/wp-login.php i get a 404 how do I fix this!

Perhaps you forget or unaware to change your login URL. Your new login URL could be:
yourwebsite.com/login

If fail, you may need to read this information:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-loginphp-7

If still fail, you may try this to force removed the plugin:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/500-internal-server-error-199
