    Please help. I just downloaded this app to my wordpress blog and now I can't even sign in. It is giving me a 500 internal server error. I did do a backup, but I can't get in to reinstall. Someone please help as I don't know what to do and I don't speak technical.

    Could someone please take pity on this dingbat and walk me through the process in English/non tech jargon of how I can fix this. I'm about to cry.

    I got that problem after enabling banning users.

    Using my ftp client to open and edit the content of my .htaccess file worked for me.

    The author of this plugin ever said this 500 internal server error most likely happens because of lack of RAM on your webhost.

    Once you manage to make your website running, don't enable too many features at once, enable it one-by-one.

    Here are the things you can do to repair:

    - Gain access to your backend, please follow this thread:

    - Repair your .htaccess file, please follow this:

    - Remove plugin settings in your database, please follow this:
