You help no one by posting a one star review with absolutely no information about what happened and no way to verify it was the plugin that caused it.

This plugin is awesome – it’s very easy to use, and we’ve been using it for over 2 years now. Never had a problem. It’s a truly great plugin. Five stars!!!
This plugin works great on a website I admin. There was the “Use Profile As” feature that stopped working after the most recent WordPress update to 4.9.1, but after emailing the creator it was fixed and an update provided. Now all works great again.
