Hi @zirekx
I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!
I’m afraid it’s very difficult to diagnose and/or solve such issues without being able to actually examine the site. But let’s try.
First, you mentioned that you tested with different themes. Do I correctly understand that the same his happening with different themes?
If yes then it would suggest that most likely reason for this is one (or any combination of them) of three things:
– either the CSS that you are adding is actually incorrect
– or added in a wrong way (by this I mean that sometimes depending on whether it’s added via form’s custom CSS or theme’s custom css options – the CSS itself may need to be slightly modified)
– or there is some sort of CSS optimization in place (or just cache on site/server) that simply prevents the CSS from being “applied”.
That said, can you confirm if clearing cache on site/server doesn’t help? If there’s any CSS optimization enabled – have you tried to disable it?
If that’s not the case, could you please at least share the CSS that you are adding to the site?
It would also be very helpful if you could, in addition to this, share the form itself. The form can be exported from Forminator so you could put the export file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account and share the direct link to it with us in response.
Kind regards,
Adam

Sorry, I think I explained it wrong.
My point is that when I set the appearance and model the elements, e.g. gives the color of the button or change something in the appearance options, it is on the page, where the shortcode uploads are just as if the elements are overwritten from the theme and the button is completely in a different color. The worst thing is that I have a pagination formula and the effect is completely broken, because when the theme overwrites the progression lines disappear etc.
Hello @zirekx !
That’s clear, thank you for the additional feedback.
As my teammate mentioned, would you be able to export the form at least and share the export code using https://pastebin.com (https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export)?
Please also share the theme’s name you’re using (especially if this can be replicated on a starting theme from WP – which one?) and some example CSS code that’s getting overwritten.
BTW – have you tried adding !important to the CSS rules that are getting overwritten? It’s not the best solution, but should help with this a bit.
Best regards,
Pawel
