“The server returns an unexpected reply.” when using WP-LR Sync

    I an using WP/LR Sync but am getting this error.

    “The server returns an unexpected reply. Please follow the instructions available at https://meow.click/debug-wplr. (14)”

    I checked out the link and double checked everything on the list but can not get the error to relove.

    The photos DO end up in the media library on my site, but all the photos still show as “New Photos to Publish” in Lightroom.

    I have another wordpress installation on the same Siteground account that works list fine. Same lightroom catalog and as far as I can tell, the settings in the WP/LR Sync plugin and the Photo Engine plugin are the same.

    I have disabled all other plugins and went to Tewnty Tenty-Five theme to try to see if there was a conflict. No help.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Found a fix already. Just in case anyone else with the same issue ever finds this, it turned out to be a database issue. It appeared like the plug-in did not create the appropriate tables in my WordPress database.

    My fix was to go to the “Extensions & Debug” tab in the plugin’s settings and click the “Repair DB” button.

    All good now.
