Hi @alaahamzah881, thanks for getting in touch. Based on the error there may be a temporary issue at host level impacting reporting. To determine more on this, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you have any other WordPress sites on the same hosting platform? If so please check whether the same occurs.
- When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information previously shared.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@alaahamzah881 Thanks for sharing the information. I can see that you have the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin on your site. Could you confirm here if you encounter the same Search Console data error when following the steps here with this plugin with just Site Kit active?
yes I had the same errors
@alaahamzah881 Thanks for confirming. It’s possible that the issue may be host/server related so there are a couple of things you can check for this.
- Check if you encounter the same from another website on the same host. If you don’t have another site but you have the ability to create one then you can do this for these testing purposes.
- Go to this URL which creates a temporary test site with Site Kit pre-installed and set up Site Kit using the same account you used on the affected website. Do you see the same Search Console error on the Site Kit dashboard on this test site?
Let me know how you get on with the above tests.
for step 2 I created a test site but I can’t log in the test site
@alaahamzah881 Do you mean you can’t log into your Google account when setting up Site Kit? Or do you mean you cannot log into the WordPress site backend? If you’re having trouble accessing the site then you can also try InstaWP which is another service which allows you to create a temporary test WordPress site. You can then install Site Kit and follow the steps above to check if you encounter the same error.
When I tried step 2 I didn’t get any errors
@alaahamzah881 As you didn’t encounter the same error on the test site, it sounds like the issue is at host/server level. At this stage I’d suggest checking in with your hosting provider to ensure that there aren’t any firewall or other security rules that may be blocking communication with Site Kit which could cause these types of errors you are seeing.
If you are unsuccessful in finding anything after discussing with your host, please let us know and we will see if there is anything else we can do to help but we may be limited in the help we can provide if the issue lies elsewhere.
