    I got this error message when I ran a performance test:

    The performance test didn’t return any results. This probably means you’re on a local website (which we can’t scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes.

    Although I have already uninstalled the plugin as it couldn’t test scan
    my website [ redundant link removed ]
    Kindly assist me here on what to do as my site is really loading slow. Thanks in advance.

    Hummingbird uses Google PageSpeed reports, but your website is not accessible by Google PageSpeed scans. Please fix the access issue first. I would recommend you contact your host support for help on that, it’s hard to say why your website is running slow without accessing the server.

    Thank you for posting in this thread, however, because this issue is posted by another author, please create a new thread. This way, the author will not be getting email notifications each time when there is a new post in the thread.

    Usually, when a performance report is not running it is a temporary issue. Please clear site’s cache and try again.

    If the issue still persists, please open a new thread in our forums.
