The loopback request returned an unexpected http status code, 403.

Hello, I’ve encountered the following issue:

“The loopback request returned an unexpected http status code, 403. This means that import of reviews will not be working as expected. If you would like to use the import utility, please contact your hosting provider and request them to enable loopback requests for your site.”

I have searched for solutions and followed the instructions provided on https://help.cusrev.com/support/home, but the problem still persists. I am not sure what exactly is causing it. I asked my hosting provider to check the server, and they confirmed that there are no server issues. Therefore, I do not understand why this problem occurs. I also enabled the debug log, but I did not find anything related to loopback requests.

I am still able to import products and other data on my website without any problems — only the review import function is not working. Since I am unable to resolve this issue on my own, could you kindly advise me on how I can fix it?
