    Hello,
I’m trying to implement a thanks url/redirect into a form, but I get this error when trying to input it. It claims the url “should NOT be longer than 0 characters” and will not allow me to commit changes unless I delete the url.

Obviously, this is not conducive to having the form redirect.

It’s not super essential, but it is rather confusing and would probably confuse any visitors who see the page just stall after informing them that it was sent. So I’d love any input on how to get around this behavior. Thanks.

    Hi, @mjol

Am I correct that you get that error in the Thanks Url field on the General tab of the form builder?

If so, the text you entered may be inappropriate as a URL.
The Thanks URL field must be either a proper URL or blank.

Please review the URL you entered.

    Hello @vividcolorsjp
    This is correct.
I didn’t realize that it would be so particular about how the url was formatted from such a vague error, but I tried again with the full url, https and all, and it worked!

(The url was https://mole.works/index.html, for the record.)

    Thank you very much!

    Hi, @mjol

I am glad to hear that the problem has been resolved.

I agree that the error message is confusing. We will see if we can improve it.
