Text link not working

    I guess you hear this a lot but
    I do not change anything (regular plugin updates maybe)
    And now all the Text Links (<a href>) are not working, they are visible, got the href=”url_ok”, just not working when you click them.
    Please I tried desabling all the plugins, some code but nothing works.
    Really need help, don’t know why its happening.
