    Hi X-Raym,

    Every apostrophe ‘ is replace by \’ in ticket title in mails and ticket list (but not ticket itself)

    This bug is now resolved in v2.2 and available to download.
    Please update your plugin and check.

    French characters such as “ç” are replaced by other characters ça (for eg.) in mails

    This is working fine for us. I could share screenshot of mail and plugin body but this feature is not here.

    If you still have such issues, purchase our pro version and raise support ticket. You will definatly get it solved!

    I know I don’t have the pro version yet so I can’t expect personnal support (that I understand), I just put this as referance for other people.
