Terrible ticketing plugin

    This used to be a great plugin. However for the past 2-3 years prices have gone up astronomically and quality, reliability, and support have tanked through the floor. I used to recommend this plugin but now I caution people away from it, especially at their paid tiers.

    Thank you for taking the time to write this. I’m sorry your experience has gone this way, and I know it takes something for a long-time supporter to end up leaving a review like this.

    On pricing, I can say that our rates held steady for several years and changed only recently, so I’d like to understand what you’ve been seeing on your end. And if support has fallen short for you specifically, I want to look into it properly rather than guess.

    That’s why I’d like to take this to our Help Desk, where we can pull up your account and ticket history and see exactly what happened. Just reference this review when you write in, and I’ll make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
