TCPDF ERROR for ticket template images

    Hello!

    First of all, fantastic work on the plug-in 🙂

    The only issue I’ve run into so far is during the creation of ticket templates. When I attempt to upload ANY image as either a background or logo, I’m greeted with this message: “TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image:” followed by the image URL.

    I am using the WP media library as recommended in the Tickera documentation.

    Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

    Hi there,

    it’s fixed 😉

    The issue is somewhere on the server since it doesn’t allow retrieving an image via an absolute address. We set the relative one like /wp-content/uploads/2015/08/background.jpg and it works like a charm 🙂
