Tax problem

    Hello

    Our site is not calculating tax on the shopping cart. I followed all the instructions, set up Stripe, Nexus, but it doesn’t work. What seems to be the problem?

    I need help with this please.

    My client contacted TaxJar support directly and we got a first reply from Chris Ralph (Customer Success Specialist).
