You mean in combination with the parameter collapsible=1? Not out of the box yet, but I’ll consider it for a new version. Currently you would probably have to close them manually, e.g. with jQuery. After the document is loaded you collapse the tab.

The new feature seems to be quite straightforward to implement. If you can wait some more hours for the new version, you needn’t write your own code. 🙂
It’s in the version 0.20, use the new parameter active=0.
