    Hi,
I have a problem with scheduling.
What I need is a Countdown which starts 5th of April and ends on 31 Jan every year. I created a Multi Countdown with 2 Countdowns for 2014 and 2015. I scheduled each of them to start on 5th of April and after reaches 0 disappear. However it counts down even when I set up a start date. Could you please help me with that?
    I have Version 1.4.2
    The website is http://munnamanji.co.uk/

what exactly do you mean by disappear?
    Try explaining it like this:
    1. On Jan 31st – April 4th every year, what should be displayed
    2. On April 5th – Jan 30th every year, what should be displayed
    3. What happens when the countdown reaches zero?
    4. How long does whatever happens in number 3 above stay that way?

Thanks for reply. I’m sorry for previous misunderstanding. By disappear I meant there should’t displayed a countdown or message.

    1. I need to leave it blank (no message or countdown) (I don’t have problem with this)
    2. A countdown from April 5th – Jan 30th every year
    3. Same as point 1.
    4. Until next countdown from April 5th – Jan 30th

The only problem I have at the moment is the schedule. I created a start date for each countdown but it starts straight away. Is that the right way to do it – Multi Countdown and schedule each start date on 5th of April?

First, you would set up a single recurring countdown that counts down to Jan 30th.
Have it recur once every year.

Now you could set the start date for 5th of april, but it makes no sense to have the countdown scripts embedded on your page from Jan 31st – April 4th every year.

We will do some testing and add the ability to block out dates where the countdown is to be simply ignored. In the mean time, you can simply remove or comment out the shortcode/widget for the times the countdown is not to be displayed.

Does that sound like a plan?

That sounds good, thank you Baden
