    Hi, when I go to System Check it says ‘False’ against the product feed directorys, is that right?

    Hi @phatman ,

    That should be set to true. If it’s not then your servers directory isn’t writable which will cause our plugin to not function properly.

    Having said that, if the plugin is working fine on your site then it’s falsely reporting and you can ignore it. If it isn’t working as intended, please reach out to your server’s support team on making the the folders writable
