    Hello,
    I have updated my website and the connection to my facebook account has been lost (because of the update of new products) I have tried to perform the synchronization again and at the end of the synchronization process I get an error “Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!
    Could not retrieve installation IDs”

    Thanks for trying to share the screenshots but upon trying to visit the links I’m getting this error.

    Also, please correct the following discrepancies that I came across while reviewing your System Status.

    There is a mismatch between your WooCommerce version and its database version. You need to run a database update to match the core version. You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Here’s a helpful guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/#woocommerce-data-update-notice

    * Before doing that make sure you have a good backup of your full site and database in place, so that if you accidentally make something worse, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state. Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription, but you may also consider using a service like Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.

    PHP Version 7.3.33 is insufficient. As per our server recommendations, WooCommerce requires PHP 7.4 and above to run smoothly. To update the PHP version please refer to: https://woocommerce.com/document/update-php-wordpress/#section-10
