I have a plugin for Mailchimp but it seems that the Abandoned cart series automation is not working.
I have been asked to provide screenshots of:

1- the sync settings page in WooCommerce that shows the connection settings from WooCommerce to Mailchimp.

2- the Setting up Cart Tracking for abandoned carts

Where can I find these? here’s the system status

Based on your question and your system report, I see you’re using the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin. Here’s where you can typically find those settings:

1. Sync Settings Page (WooCommerce to Mailchimp connection):
- Go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Integration → Mailchimp. Alternatively, look for Marketing → Mailchimp in your WordPress admin menu. The page should show your API connection status and sync settings
2. Cart Tracking Settings for Abandoned Carts:
- This is usually found in the same Mailchimp integration settings area. You’ll want to look for sections labeled “Abandoned Cart” or “E-commerce Tracking”. You may also need to check your Mailchimp account directly for abandoned cart automation setup.

Thank you – this has been very helpful!

It seems, however, that the Abandoned Cart series is not working because data is not being passed from WooCommerce to Mailchimp, even though the integration appears to be set up correctly.

Do you know what might be causing this, or is there a way we can check?

According to Mailchimp, something on the WooCommerce side is preventing the data from reaching them. As a result, contacts are not entering the abandoned cart flow, since Mailchimp is not receiving the necessary trigger data from WooCommerce.

Would it be possible to check the connection on the backend to see what’s going wrong?

First, let’s confirm that the WooCommerce → Mailchimp connection is stable. Please go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for any Mailchimp-related errors in the most recent logs. If you see any, copy them into a Pastebin link and share them here. Next, test that background sync is actually running. Since Action Scheduler is what pushes WooCommerce events to Mailchimp, open WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, filter for “mailchimp” or “mc4wp” tasks, and check if any are failing or stuck.

Also, please confirm that only one abandoned cart plugin is active at a time. I noticed you also have “Abandoned Basket Lite for WooCommerce” installed, and running both alongside Mailchimp cart tracking can create conflicts because each tries to hook into the same cart events. If you’re using Mailchimp for the automation, disable the other abandoned cart plugin and retest.

Lastly, double-check on the Mailchimp side that the Abandoned Cart series automation is connected to the correct store (WooCommerce → Mailchimp integration should show your store connected). If the store connection is broken, the automation won’t receive data even though the plugin looks active.

Could you please confirm the above and share any error logs from WooCommerce so we can narrow this down further?

Confirmed. I have “Abandoned Basket Lite for WooCommerce” installed, but it is not running

If you don’t see the image, the “Enable abandoned basket emails” is unticked.

Yes, it looks ok to me.
