I’ve added the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin to my site after receiving some orders. When I sync my audience, only the newer order information is sent to Mailchimp. Older orders don’t sync with the audience in Mailchimp. I can confirm there are several orders in WooCommerce where the customer has the same email address as subscribers in Mailchimp, yet their e-commerce info isn’t showing in Mailchimp. I’m not sure what I’m missing here, but it seems like this info should sync, right? If not, is there a way to get this info into Mailchimp?

@scottdeluzio the most common reason is due to order statuses not being “completed” during the historical sync. We don’t sync anything that was not marked as complete. Can you please verify that these are not still in pending or another status?

@ryanhungate That might have been the problem. There were a lot of orders waiting to be completed that I noticed weren’t syncing. They’ve since been completed and I’m now noticing that the order data has synced.
Thanks for your help with this.
