Swap logo on scroll & gallery lightbox

Hi,

How do I change the logo when a user scrolls? I want to switch to a smaller logo with just words once the user scrolls and sticky menu activates.

Additionally, how can I get the lightbox effect that on the front-page on a regular gallery page? So that when a user clicks on the image it opens in a lightbox instead of the image page?
