Survey mapping fields not loading

Hi, I’m running into an issue with this integration and I’m wondering if it’s fixable. We were using this plugin in the past successfully but currently we’re unable to load any survey fields to map to the Gravity Form fields.

We’re currently successfully able to authenticate the API user, and list all the surveys and groups within the Luminate account. But after a survey has been selected, no fields load and it shows a 403 error in the log.

I got in touch with Blackbaud support and they told me that Luminate’s Survey API requires authentication from a real constituent ID rather than an API user. In the plugin settings I only see fields to authenticate an API user, so I’m not sure where to go from here and whether this is a Luminate issue, a plugin issue, or something else. Any insight is appreciated!
