Support above and beyond

About 4 years ago I switch to Easycart because almost everything that cost extra in woocommerce is included in easycart. It has saved me a lot of money and so easy to use and config.

Their support has always been top-notch, and they always respond within 24 hours, sometimes within an hour. Not only do they fix a problem/issue, but they also point you in the right direction when the issue is being caused by something else. Instead of saying the problem is not caused by us, they actually tell you who or what may be the problem.
