Can I use your eCommerce software to display, but not sell products?

Absolutely! If you do not need to sell anything, but would like to leverage our software to display products, please feel free to do just that! You can just put the store into catalog mode and it removes the ability to add to cart the products.

What are the PRO and Premium eCommerce Versions?

FREE version comes from WordPress and offers limited features for you including PayPal standard, manual payments, unlimited products, product variations, order management, and so much more. Features such as coupons, live shipping rates, promotions, and many more are not included in the FREE version. Upgrading to PRO will unlock ALL core features and gets you updates and support for a year. Upgrading to Premium will get you everything in PRO plus access to our extensions and iPad, Android, and Desktop applications.

What extensions are in your Premium Edition?

Quickbooks offers automated syncing down to your desktop quickbooks version. ShipStation offers order syncing for easy shipping management, labels, and email tracking. Stamps.com allows buying and paying for postage. Groupon, extra tabs, mandrill and mailchimp email, optimal logistics, affiliate WP Rates, and Bluecheck offer a variety of third party integration extensions that you get as part of our premium edition.

How does an eCommerce license work with your software?

The FREE plugin is the full WordPress eCommerce shopping cart software version; however, the PRO and administrative software that is downloaded from our website is licensed software. The PRO software will add all core features and the Premium version will allow access to our administrative software, apps, and extensions. You may continue to run the FREE WordPress plugin, but must purchase a license to use our PRO or administrative software.
Each license is good for one website URL or WordPress installation. You may transfer a license from a development environment to a production environment at any time; it is your license once you purchase one.
Licensing gives you features such as coupons, promotions, live shipping rate calculators and more. Plus you will receive support from our staff individually rather than through our community open support systems. For more information on licensing, you can view our website.

Do I have to pay monthly?

Not to us. the FREE version has no additional cost. Our PRO and Premium plugins give access to our software with updates and support for a year. Your payment gateway provider such as PayPal, Authorize.net, FirstData or others may or may not have monthly fees, but nothing through EasyCart.
If you purchase a monthly hosted plan, then we do have a monthly charge program for those who prefer this method.

Will it work in my Theme?

Yes! EasyCart works on 3 WordPress pages, which are automatically created on installation. Our installer walks you through the steps quickly and if you have any theme issues, your theme developer or our staff can assist.

I have found the product and support to be outstanding. Yes there is a learning curve, and yes there are some bugs, but its pretty impressive to launch a durable eCommerce storefront with fixed operating costs of under $30 per month. Some advice for anyone new – I ended up hosting my Domain and Managed WordPress on GoDaddy, added the WP EasyCart-PRO Plugin, added a GoDaddy eMail Account to support the Easy WP-SMTP plugin to solve the WP Email issues, added a Standard GoDaddy SSL Certificate, and am using PayPal for starters.

Lifesaver! EasyCart Rocks for Indies!

Spent hours trolling WP for a cart system that was affordable without having to dish out a fortune for necessary add-ons and came across EasyCart.

I am a small indie publishing company and needed a cart that could handle digital downloads, coupons, discount codes, stripe, PayPal and still look pretty, not to mention manageable at the backend in WP Admin. I am NOT a coder and if you can cope with WP then EasyCart is a doddle. When in doubt there are a myriad of videos with extra tips.

An Easy Installation with first rate online documentation AND videos.

Now I can sell my ebooks, audiobooks and hardbacks in one place and it fitted in seamlessly with my Avada Theme for my website.

I did purchase the Premium version from the onset as the price tag was affordable and certainly value for money. The support is top class. I repeat – top class – I am in a different time zone and I still get replays in my working day.

For small businesses this is a must. There are always new improvements rolling out and while I have a few minor wish list requests re-styling on images etc I have not found anything missing. I have not regretted my purchase.

WP EasyCart, where have you been?

My theme provider and I have been bashing our heads against the wall with woocommerce. Customizing is almost impossible, and it exhibited the worst possible random symptoms with my theme (buttons that were greyed out, being unable to add more than 1 type of product… ugh!).

Anyway… I did a search and thought I’d try out EasyCart. Well, all I can say is ‘wow’! IT JUST WORKED. Well done, EasyCart! It’s also very customizable, though I did edit ec-store.css to tweak some fonts further. The standard free offering doesn’t support variants, but I can work around that until I spring for the PRO offering. All in all: Well done, and I am a happy camper. Cheers!

The Best Shopping Cart Out There!

I am really old school coming from a long history since the 90s with the likes of ZenCart, VirtueMart and OSCommerce and I totally despise WooCommerce as it’s so clunky and hodgepodge and a total pain to integrate nicely into custom themes. And then I found WP Easy Cart and I am so in love!

It does everything a proper Shopping Cart program should do and with ease and intuitiveness. And the Pro version is well worth it for the bulk pricing, payment processors and support. The support is outstanding. They are very quick to reply and provide very specific support—they even helped me edit a child theme page by telling me exactly where and what to put in the code to make it do what I needed.

I am never going back to WooCommerce!

Josh was awesome! I normally am skeptical of products, because customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but he was super helpful, and the main reason I chose their plugin. Dont get me wrong, the plugin ALSO did everything that I needed, which was a bit complicated, but the help was also so amazing.
