Superior Plugin with Incredible Support!

I’m writing this review mainly for one reason… Profile Builder Pro has some of the finest support I’ve ever received for any WordPress plugin.

I purchased the Pro version for a new business concept I’m developing, and found this plugin to be very well designed, highly functional, and with relatively no bugs. It’s a simple plugin when compared to many other front-end registration/membership plugins on the market (which is a benefit for fast setup). The core functions do exactly what they are designed to do, and there are many useful add-ons as well to extend that functionality.

What I was most impressed with however was the amazing support I received (specifically from Teodor). I’ve been working with WordPress for many years, and have always been involved with plugin authors and developers alike. I’ve seen all levels of support, from the horrendous to the superb, and this company is definitely providing the latter. Teodor listened to every single thing I wrote in about (small setup issues, questions, feature suggestions, etc.), and he took the time to respond to every item in detail. I’ve rarely seen any support that will respond to every item and not miss a thing. The level of attention to detail here was amazing, and its the kind of support I’m always looking for when choosing a sophisticated WordPress plugin.

If you’re looking for clean front-end registration capabilities this plugin is a great choice, and the support will impress to say the least.
