If you’ve enabled the option just now, only images uploaded in the future will be super-smushed.
If you’d like to Smush previous images, please first try the Re-Check Images option at the top of the Smush >> Bulk Smush page and see if Smush has detected any new images to be processed.
Otherwise, you can scroll to the bottom of that page and see if you can restore Thumbnails from originals (this will work if you had backups of originals). I wouldn’t recommend to regenerate thumbnails using a different plugin in such case as you may lose image quality.
Please also make sure to have a backup before running any such process, as it’s better to have a restore point just in case.
