    Hi, i have a website where users can review company’s. I just started, and i have on two pages, two company’s, with their own review forms. Short codes Assigned to their page post_id.

    On the frontpage i want to show the summary of ratings of each company.
    The first summary of first company disays summary well. The second summary of the second company displays the average of the two company’s. Summary’s short codes is also assigned to page post_id,of each page.
    What am i doing wrong?

    1. Make sure you are using the shortcodes correctly. If you are showing a different summary for each company on your homepage, make sure each summary shortcode includes the “assigned_to” option with the correct Post ID for each company page.

    2. Since you are assigning reviews to company pages, make sure that are not also using the Site Reviews categories. Due to a bug in the current version, assigning to both categories and pages will cause the summary rating to be incorrect. If you have created any Site Reviews categories, please delete them and then hit the “Recalculate counts” button on the Site Reviews > Tools page.

    Thanks for your repley.

    I didnt use categories.
    And the shortcodes i used are the correct page post id. The first summary of the page/company is right. Only the second summary takes the average.

    This is the shortcodes i used. (Every company different post id)
    [site_reviews_form assign_to=”123″]
    And then summary is
    [site_reviews_summary assigned_to=”123″]

    I did make the first companypage first, en then duplicate that page en edited it for the second company. Does it something has to do with that?

    If you duplicated a page that already had reviews assigned to it, then you will likely need to hit the “Recalculate counts” button on the “Site Reviews > Tools” page to fix.

    No duplicated it before reviews.
    Also did the Recalculate counts.
    Didnt work.

    Marking this as resolved. The issue was due to having duplicated the page.
