• Once a user clicks send, the email is sent successfully but the success message does not show, so users believe their emails are not being sent.

Other error messages do show up, such as ‘One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again’ below the send button and ‘This is a required field’ below the actual field.

Yes emails reach the admin email successfully through a plugin called ELEX HelpDesk & Customer Support Ticket System

Hi, kakiatsang, I’m another CF7 user.

Please try using the “Health Check” plugin to diagnose the issue: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/.

In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme wasn’t changed.

In this case, please try deactivating plugins (besides the Contact Form 7 plugin)/switching your current theme to determine if plugins and/or theme(s) are causing your issue.
