Subtotal and Discount Shows wrong Information

Everything is working fine in this plugin but the something went wrong with the discount and subtotal and final amount.

When we create an invoice from the plugin, it shows a total in place of subtotal and follow that it shows a discount column. And at the last it shows a final total without subtract discount from subtotal.

For Example :-

[Correct process]
product total : $10
subtotal : $10
discount : $2
final : $8

[plugin shows]
product total : $8
subtotal : $8
discount : $2
final : $8

In that case my customer gone confuse about the discount and final amount.
