is there a way to decide which posts are delivered as emails to subscribers and which ones are not?

rececntly i posted 6 articles at one time, so all my subscribers got 6 emails straight away. is there away to control this in the email settings?

You can add that code to your theme’s functions.php file, or in a functionality plugin.
