    I am about to launch my memberships based site with PMP

    Can someone confirm if PMP will take payment from my members automatically or if then need to be alerted monthly to make the payment manually

    Also one more thing the account / payment set up doesnt take company name or tax id. Is there a way of doing this that doesnt require coding as I am not a programmer ?

    Hey @ahamaton,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Paid Memberships Pro allows recurring payments automatically as it syncs with your payment gateway of choice. (If your payment gateway supports recurring billing that is). So you don’t need to worry about that, however if there is a billing failure you will be notified and you may need to follow up with your customer.

    For clarification with the account query you are asking, would you like to show your business details on the orders/invoices?
