Do you mean you moved from a WordPress.COM site?
no, I’m a new blogger. I’m trying to learn how to maneuver around wordpress.org.
I assume you’ve installed the Jetpack plugin, activated it and connected the plugin to your WordPress.com account.
Did the subscriptions work at some point, and stop working after you made changes to your site? If so, could you give me more details about the recent changes you’ve made to your site?
Could you also post your site URL here so I can have a closer look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thanks!
Yes, jetpack plugin was installed and activated. Apparently my subscribers have not ever received any posts. My blog is AreaCode352.org
I had a look at your Jetpack settings, and it seems you don’t have any Jetpack subscribers yet.
You can view your list of subscribers by following the instructions here:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/#view-your-email-subscribers
Your readers won’t be able to subscribe to your site using Jetpack subscriptions until you add the Jetpack Subscriptions widget to your sidebar. Although you already added a subscription widget to your site, this widget is not a Jetpack widget.
All Jetpack widgets include “(Jetpack)” at the end of the widget name, so you should be able to find the Jetpack Subscriptions widget quite easily when navigating to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard.
I hope this helps.
Hi,
My subscribers are not receiving my blogs either. I am unable to locate Jackpack on my wordpress blog? How do I download it? The only widget I have is Akismet. Thanks.
@pev Could you go through the steps described here:
http://jetpack.me/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
If that doesn’t help, could you please start a new thread about your issue, and let us know your site URL so we can take a look?

Thanks!
