Subscriber not getting emails

I have a user that was subscribed to my jetpack email list, now they dont get any emails. They unsubscribed and tried to resubscribe and nothing. I tried to subscribe for them and it says “You have already subscribed to this site, please check your inbox.”, but they’re still not getting emails from my list. Also, I checked my site stats to look as the subscribers, and their email isn’t in there. I cant figure out what else to do..
