Hi! I’m testing my subscriptions, previously working ok, but recently, when trying to register, I get stuck in the “Processing. Please wait…”.

What am I doing wrong? Also, I tried to active reCaptcha, but it’s not showing.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @luisoliverio,

This issue sometimes occurs because of caching. For this:

    1. Please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) from any caching plugin you have active.

    2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).

    3. Please create a new page on your site, and on this new page, add only the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) and check if the issue still persists.

Note: After every modifications make sure to hard refresh the browser from where you’re testing the form. You can also read more about this here: https://help.gavel.io/articles/how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-in-any-browser

    Regarding the reCaptcha:

Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings ->Misc -> reCaptcha -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

Note: Since this is a public forum, please make sure all sensitive/private information is hidden/blurred from the screenshots.

Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

I don’t have any caching plugin.

I created a new page: https://memodi.memodiapp.com/prueba-delete/ and it worked. Did nothing else. Is there anything I should look for to prevent this?

    The reCaptcha can wait.

In that case, most likely you have some kind of caching enabled by your hosting. You will need to speak with them to exclude those pages (where you have the Registration and Account forms) from their caching.

Got it. For now, I’ll mark as solved. Thanks a lot!
