String not translatable (please use placeholders)

Upon translating your plugin to German, I found a string that is not really translatable for many languages. It goes: “((SPACE))added((SPACE))“.
That creates a problem for sentence structure in German (and several other languages including french, AFAIC). In German, the verb order changes depending on the sentence structure (in German, it is something like ((PERSON)) has ((THING ADDED)) added). Please consider using a full string with placeholders instead.
