Stream not found

This is a local intranet site. No youtube or social media access for any of the end users.
I have all setup completed, videos, playlist, player and i insert video with short code. The player/page opens and I get a Stream not Found error when the player starts. My path to the video is local, http://myserverIP/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/videofile.mp4 or a wmv.
I recieve the error when inserting Spider Video Player or a Single Video.
The url is correct in the settings.
I am using flash setting.
Thoughts?
