  • MadBox,

That’s an interesting bug, I haven’t seen that one before. Have you already set up the plugin? I’d suggest backing up your site and make note of your settings in the plugin (write down any important ones you changed or take a screenshot), and then click the button that says “Reset General Settings to Defaults”. If that doesn’t work, make note of any other settings you may have changed on the other settings pages / modules as well, and click the button that says “Reset ALL Settings to Defaults”, and fill in your settings again. For Google Analytics, if you know your Google Analytics ID, I’d suggest just filling it in and not pressing that button; if you don’t know it, you can try pressing that button. Either way, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks Peter,

I updated the plugin today, with the new release.
    I turned off all plugins.
I activated and configured everything again.
I went back to all the default settings in AIOSP.

Now i see the button, connect to google and load my account.
But the analytics code does not appear on my website now.

I checked ten times, so I had to manually enter in the source code.

This happens to me since I tried SEO by Yoast. do not like at all and completely removed.
Before that, AIOSP works like a charm.

    Hi MadBox,

There are a couple of issues that I can see from your source code, one that may be related and one that is not.

The first is that you have minification enabled, probably in WP Super Cache. Can you disable minification and caching while we troubleshoot this as this can affect things.

Secondly, output buffering has been detected by All in One so that means that All in One can’t perform certain tasks such as writing to the source code. Can you go to All in One SEO, Performance and enable Force Rewrites.

    Thanks.

Hi wpsmort and thanks for tour reply.

    Is the Autoptimize plugin.

Btw, I always use AISP with Force Rewrites enable.

    Hi MadBox,

In that case try deactivating Force Rewrites.

In your source code you’ll see on the comment line for All in One SEO Pack that it says ob_start_detected [-1,-1]. This means that we’ve detected that another plugin or your theme is using output buffering and this means we can’t rewrite titles. Force Rewrites fixes that issue. Let’s see if deactivating it gets rid of the ob_start_detected message.

Ok with the force rewrite of now says by “Michael Torbert of Semper Fi Web Design[-1,-1]” It is Ok?

About Autoptimize, Futtta explain to me, if i just add the name of javascript (or a string of the inline code) in the javascript exclusion of his plugin, all should be well! But i don´t know the name of the java or string that AIOSP use.

Btw The support you guys provide is excellent.

    Hi MadBox,

The way to tell if All in One SEO Pack is now working is to check your title tag. Does it match what you entered in the Home Title field in All in One SEO?

The JavaScript you want to exclude would be the Google Analytics JS.

    Thread Starter MadBox

    (@madbox)

Yea it match, im change one post title in title of all in one seo and shows now the new tittle en the header of the browser.

Now im put this “Google Analytics JS.” in te excluding lines of Autoptimize.

    Thread Starter MadBox

    (@madbox)

Great it works, the google analytics code is working now.

And i asume the AIOSP is working good now without the “ob_start_detected” messages.

    You guys are great!!!

    Thread Starter MadBox

    (@madbox)

I have to put force rewrite on and came back the “ob_start_detected” msg, it is bad? because if its off a title is repeated at the end.

    Example
    “postext bla bla – MadBoxpc.com MadBoxpc.com”
    instead
    “postext bla bla – MadBoxpc.com”

Anyway force rewrite print good all meta tags, description, etc.., no matter is on or off. I double check and the only difference i see is the second website name repeated.

    Any suggestions or advice?

    (@wpsmort)

    Hi MadBox,

Yes, that means that All in One isn’t writing the title because it can’t use output buffering. This means that if the title is showing then something else, possibly your theme, is writing the title to the source code.

    Thread Starter MadBox

    (@madbox)

Strange, I have different titles configured in wordpress and in AIOSP… the page prints which I have configured in AIOSP. Im Sure of that.

The comment line ob_start_detected [-1,-1] can be wrong?

Even I modified a post title and its shows that I put through the AIOSP.

    Confusing!!!

    Hi MadBox,

I’ve never seen an instance where the line ob_start_detected is wrong.

    Is everything working for you?

    (@madbox)

For what I know and see, I think everything works fine, despite the message you tell that should not be working ok, however I am not an expert.
