Store Location by Specific Zip Codes

Is it possible to have a store location returned to a user based on a list of specific zip codes that the store services? For example, the store in zip code 10001 would service user’s in zip 10001, 10002, and 10003, but maybe 10004 is serviced by another store. Would this require an add-on?
