Stop auto open

    How can we stop the chat auto opening on every page load? very frustrating.

    Would prefer it to open when a user clicks it.

    Same issue here, can’t stop it from popping up on Firefox only. Seems to have problem with cookies.

    When greeting_dialog_display is set to hide – can’t open dialog box at all.
