Sticky tooltip after second hover

    The tooltip works correctly for the first glossary item that the user hovers over. The second and subsequent items cause the tooltip to “stick” to the mouse pointer and follow it around the screen. The only way to “let go” of the tooltip is to press Esc or follow a link to another page.
