Please may you assist with resolving an error currently being experienced with your plugin on my server.

When refreshing the feed the status always returns to ‘Error’.

Below is from a senior engineer at Digital Ocean who is also struggling to identify the reasons for this.

My last successful feed refresh was on 9 August 2025 – I have also sent numerous support requests with no reply, hoping the community may be of assistance.

    1. Product Feeds Plugin error

I have been working extensively on this case to find the blockages and worked on the following possible issues:

    • Created a duplicate product – Issue had remained
    • Increase PHP Limits and Firewall limits – No noticable changes, still crashed at % processing
    • Bypassed Cloudflare and its rules
    • tested on staging site
    • Monitored all logs including action logs, all actions indicated a 200 – No Crashes observed ( There were initial memory exhaustion but that has been catered)
    • action complete via Product Feed: heartbeat
    • Created a new feed on staging – Similar error
    • TroubleShooted with only feeds and woo option – Issue remained

While exhausting all server level work arounds, Is there any way you could open a ticket and put me on CC with the plugin support team? There may be additional debugging method that their team could help us review it. I have followed their entire documentation to the tee and ensured that there were no incoming and outgoing blockages but the issue had remained.

    Hi @garycis ,

Could you please send in a recording of this error you mentioned? Also, can you please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors.

Do also check the browser console for any errors.

    Hi Jeff

    Thanks for the reply.

Below is a video of the Product Feed Pro error video link to my Dropbox.

    https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/jt6m2zr34l3zlg7w6dhjt/20250929110739.mp4?rlkey=d5bbameaueoq0izlih9pziqcm&st=86cialxg&dl=0

There are two fatal errors in WP Logs, one refers to Elementor and the other to Object Cache Pro, both were deactivated and the error still is resident.

    @garycis ,

    Thanks for the video.

Usually that happens when something is blocking our plugin from refreshing properly. Have you already done basic debugging where only WooCommerce, Product Feed and Storefront is running?

And, can you please confirm if there are any browser console errors(Press F12 key on your keyboard)?

Other than that, was the plugin previously working? Though you mentioned that the previous successful refresh was on 2025 so you could try re-installing the plugin as it may be a bad update or downgrade: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/

And please note that our plugin now uses WooCommerce’s scheduled actions, ensure that this functionality is enabled and ensure that your PHP version is on 8.1 – its our officially supported PHP version.

It could be also that your IP is blocked from accessing certain files, can you please pass on your server IP and i’ll check in with our developers.

You could try spinning up a new droplet to test this theory and see if the refresh is fixed.

    Hi Jeff

Apologies for the late response, things have been a little crazy.

I have downgraded as far as version 11 and still have this status error issue.

I created a new feed, a timeous exercise, but fear I may have to delete and re-create again, which about 4 hours work every attempt.

My concerning problem now is that if deleting the plugin and have to re-create the feed and this still does not work then that’s a full day wastage. Ideally would like to continue utilizing Product Feed Pro but if this cant be resolved I will have to seek an alternative vendor whereby these issue do not spring up as surprises in the future.

Please let me know if you are able to further check, this seems to be an issue and with a database several months old in the e-commerce space is not very professional on my end to customers.

    Look forward to your reply.
