A few months ago my web host turned off my website as it was being overloaded by an attack. I didn’t know that they’d done this so unfortunately disconnected from Jetpack and reconnected again. Apparently this gave my site/blog a new ID number the result of which was all stats went back to zero, and I haven’t been able to reconnect the Facebook publicise feature.

A friend made a stat reconnection, but although the WordPress iOS apps see the overall stats, they don’t see the new posts. I thought I could live with it but it’s getting problematic and I’d just love the site to be working properly and efficiently again with full Jetpack functionality.

I put the site together, but only from a template and I don’t have any coding skills I’m afraid.

    The site is http://www.paganmusic.co.uk

    Any help VERY much appreciated.

This is something we should be able to fix. I made some changes to your site and brought your stats over. You should be all set there.

I haven’t been able to reconnect the Facebook publicise feature.

What happens when you try to reconnect? Do you get an error message?

Hello! And thank you. The stats are there when I look in Safari, and the overall stats are showing in the iOS app, but it still doesn’t show the new post stats. Odd.

With publicise I get error code 32601 if that helps. It just says something went wrong try again.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
