SRC Issue & TinCan Upload Not Loading

Hi there, when I use the “Add Tin Canny Media” button in a Learndash Course, and select one of my uploaded SCORM Packages (TinCan Content), the shortcode displays with the following issue:

Notice that the SRC is duplicating the site url. I have tried changing the URL to point to the correct file, but the content is still not loading, either in iFrame or Lightbox link form:

https://natsedationcen.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/uncanny-snc/1/story.html

If I load the link above directly, it does appear to start loading the content, but it never passes the loading animation.
