    Hi @ramon92

If you are using qtranslate, I believe that this plugin changes the URL, so it will be different to the URL you have specified in the PopUp settings.

Have you tried adding the individual URLs of the translated pages?

That’s right, qtranslate change the url of the pages, so when I enter the url of the pages only works for the default language to the second language does not show the popup. Example URL:

    http://website.com/empresa/ (popup works)
    http://website.com/en/company/ (popup does not appear)

How about doing it in reverse?

Set the popups to show, for example, if the visitor is not logged in, then use “Not on specific URL” to hide on pages that you don’t want the popup on.

Also try using the “Footer Load” method if you aren’t already, this is in Pop Overs > Settings

    Hey there.

We haven’t heard from you in awhile, so I just wanted to check in to make sure all was good.

This thread was marked resolved, but please, if you still need help then just respond and open it back up. We can then take it from there. 🙂

Hope you have a fantastic day!
