Hi,

All my mails are getting blocked as spam mails from tickera. Why?

Which file is the mail formation in?

Try to use domain mail.That should prevent mails getting blocked as spam.
You can also install a SMTP plugin (for example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/) since sending email via SMTP can be more reliable.
