Sound in Flashards

    Hi, I’ve purchased the Premium bundle yesterday. I thought it was easy to get help but the website of this plugin does not provide any form or mail to get in touch with anyone. I’m quite disappointed about this.
    Here’s my problem: although it seems possible to insert a media in a flashcard, the shortcode appears when the flashcard set is embedded in a page, and no player appears.
    The surveys seem to work fine, I can insert sounds. The sounds are played with an embedded player, and the end-user does not see the shortcode.
    Can anybody help me?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
