Some sub folders don’t import correctly | WordPress.org

Hi,
I’m testing with Filebird lite to import from WP Media Folder and some subfolders in the structure import but don’t keep the images assigned to them. For instance, a subfolder with the year doesn’t retain the image assignments like they were in WP Media Folder.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for choosing FileBird!
Please make sure you have deactivated WP Media Folders first before you attempt the ‘Import’ function.

If you had, and the issue persist then, you can schedule a Team view check with the developers for more help:
