Some automations aren’t working

    Hi,
    first of all thanks for this plugin!

    I have a question concerning the automations. It appears the welcome emails and following emails are being triggered properly, however the abandoned cart email automation stopped working for some reason.
    I’m considering to start using mailchimp to send the transactional emails but now I’m worried that maybe some of the emails wont be triggered and sent..

    Hi @tabasco, that’s strange that abandoned carts stopped working especially if the others are working as expected.

    Have you tried it again since this post? If it’s still not working, make sure your logs are turned on to “standard” and share anything that it may say when testing the abandoned cart. You may also want to try a fresh reinstall of everything as talked about in this GitHub post.
