You can solve two problems

I suggest taking a look at the “WP Term Order” plugin and solving 2 problems.

1. Add the Order input field. (this can be controlled from a mobile)
2. If you have a taxonomy or post has children, do this: window.location.reload (); after dragging and dropping.

The plugin “The WP Term Order” these problems are resolved. But it is no longer being updated.
