It’s extremely difficult to attract customers of digital products to leave reviews on my website without this tool. Having automated emails requesting a review 10-days post-purchase has solved this problem. I especially like that this timeframe gives customers a chance to try out my digital sewing patterns and include photos of the bags they make with them.
